Subscription shipping cycle
Subscription shipments ship on or before the 15th of the month. Subscriptions started after the 10th of the month will ship the following calendar month. For example - if you begin a subscription on May 11, your first kit will ship mid-June and you won't be billed again until July 1. All other orders ship within 7 days of purchase at most, often sooner. If an order is needed by a specific date, please contact us at emily@kaselkrafts.com.

Refunds, Returns, & Cancellations
Refunds
Refunds are available for non-seasonal kits if the product is unused and returned in the same condition it was received. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. Credit card refunds will process according to the policy of your bank.

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of shipment. Items must be unused and in the same condition that they were received. Products must be in original packaging. Kasel Krafts reserves the right to grant partial refunds should the item not return in original condition - damaged or missing parts. Contact us at emily@kaselkrafts.com to request a refund.

The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Shipping is non-refundable. To return your product, contact us at emily@kaselkrafts.com for a return address.

Cancellations
All subscriptions have a 3 month minimum term. After your third shipment, you may cancel your subscription. Subscriptions must be canceled before the 10th of the month in order to be processed that month. To manage your subscription, log into your account, click the Subscriptions link, click the Subscription ID, then you'll see the option to cancel, pause, or skip your subscription.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at emily@kaselkrafts.com if you need to exchange it for the same item.

Editing your subscription
To manage your Subscription, log into your account, click the Subscriptions link, click the Subscription ID, then you'll see the option to adjust your subscription information. You can change your payment method, shipping address, pause, cancel, or skip your subscription.
